REJECTED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to KingzKimonos.com. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you after 2 attempts, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus any outbound shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your destination country.
