My daughter absolutely loves these spats. They are her overall favorite. High rise, stays in place, comfortable in the groin area, soft and durable. She wears them for both wrestling and bjj and so far no holes in the knees! She now has 4 pairs and we will definitely be ordering more. She is 12 and wears an XS or SM in adult women’s.
