Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment, provided items are in sellable condition. Customers may request an exchange, a refund, or store credit. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must have original tags and packaging, neatly folded.
- Items that are dirty, worn, or washed cannot be returned.
- A restocking fee may be charged if items aren’t in their original condition.
- We’ll issue refunds or store credits once we receive and approve the return.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the Kids' BJJ Gi Shrink After Washing?
Most of our gis are 100% cotton, which means they will shrink once put in the washer and/or dryer. Post-shrinkage fit should still comply with IBJJF measurement (sleeve length & pant length rules). IBJJF checks fit using arm and leg extension tests. The sleeves must not be more than 5 cm from the wrist when extended. When buying kids’ BJJ, always consider shrinkage before competition.
- Cotton Gis: Expect shrinkage of anywhere from 2 to 4 inches. Washing on a cold cycle typically results in about 2 inches of shrinkage, while using the dryer could shrink it up to 4 inches.
- Pre-Shrunk Gis: Models like the Balistico or Ultralight are pre-shrunk and should experience minimal shrinkage. We still don't recommend using the dryer unless absolutely necessary to preserve fit and longevity.
Does My Gi Come with a Belt?
Some gis come with a white belt for free. If a gi includes a belt, it will clearly state this in the product description, such as with The ONE V2 Gi. Check the product page for confirmation.
Can I Customize My Gi Gear?
We are currently only offering customization for wholesalers or customers who plan to purchase in bulk. Kingz is not offering customizations for single items at this time.
How Do I Know When the Item I Want Is Back in Stock?
Although we replenish most of our items in a timely manner, we are unable to provide the exact date and time frames, as delivery dates may change. We currently do not have a notification system in place yet, but are working to implement this in the near future.
